From developer documents posted to the 86th and Lafayette Road website, the proposed development at 86th Street and Lafayette Road appears to be MUCH more than simply a gas station. According to the documents, the retail space contains 7 additional suites totaling over 13,000 ft² of space beyond the gas station/convenience store. Additional documentation of the various permits and drainage studies that have been conducted are also available at the website.
