A new “farm stand” has been proposed for the 18 acres at the northeast corner of Kissel Road and Hunt Club Road by Kevin and Laura Channell. The Zionsville Board of Zoning has already approved an initial zoning change as well as a zoning variance for this property. A second zoning variance has now been requested to allow for larger outbuildings on the property.
The second zoning variance is scheduled to be heard December 9 at 6:30pm at the Zionsville Town Hall (1100 West Oak Street).
