Current in Zionsville reports that the Ford Road bridge is due to be reopened on Friday, December 5th. After losing more than $3 million in combined engineering costs and federal matching funds on a steel truss bridge proposal, Boone County has now spent an additional $1.6 million on the bridge that is now pending completion.
