Zionsville Plan Commission Votes Down CarDon Development

At a Feb. 17th meeting of the Zionsville Plan Commission, a request for a zoning change to 25 acres of property on the south-east corner of Oak Street and 850 E by CarDon & Associates for the purpose of constructing a senior living facility was denied.
