Zionsville Town Council Rejects CarDon Project

According to the Zionsville Times Sentinel, the Zionsville Town Council voted 4-1 on March 3rd to reject zoning changes to allow a senior living facility proposed by CarDon & Associates for the corner of 850 E and Oak Street west of Zionsville.

An interesting corollary to this whole issue is the role a letter by State Senator Mike Delph played in the process (see the Zionsville Times Sentinel article and also this article in the Indiana Business Journal).
